1. Acceptance of Terms

Orders placed through the Site are subject to confirmation via email or phone. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through friendly negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent People’s Court in Renqiu City, Hebei Province, in accordance with Chinese civil procedure laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Consumers also retain their rights under the PRC Consumer Rights Protection Law.

6. Changes to These Terms

Renqiudec reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
